Hi, I’m Kirsten. I’m 20-something and I live in beautiful Wellington, New Zealand. This blog began at the beginning of 2014 as a way of challenging myself to be more creative and learn new skills. I set myself a New Years’ challenge to do something crafty every week for a year, from sewing to jewellery making, eventually resulting in 52 fancy new things. The challenge was successfully completed, but I was bitten by the sewing bug big time! I seem to spend all of my time planning things to sew, buying excessive amounts of fabric, and devouring other sewing blogs…so I have plenty of inspiration to keep blogging!
